About Me

Hi, I’m Abhishek. I’m a Physician in NYC specialized in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). I started this blog to organize and record all of my thoughts and experiences, with an equal hope that it may provide some value to you, the reader. While being a doctor is my current full-time job, my ultimate goal is to blend my interests in medicine, technology, entrepreneurship, and design to craft my own unique career, whether that be in Healthcare Startups, running my own consultancy, or something I haven’t thought of yet. I’ve had some entrepreneurial wins in my spare time, including winning the 2018 MIT Hacking Medicine Competition, as well as creating an Online Business in medical school to fund my 3-month solo backpacking trip around SE Asia and Europe.

Outside of medicine, I like to travel, cook, exercise, meditate, read about successful people, and practice what I like to call “Mediocre Productivity”. I’m also obsessed with electronic music and a die-hard Eric Prydz fan. More than anything, I really enjoy learning from anybody who is trying to be a better version of themself, and if you’ve made it this far, that probably means it’s you. So, let’s connect.
